This notice explains what personal data LifeOS Future Lab collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The data controller is LifeOS Future Lab, 138 Avenue Victor Hugo, 75016 Paris, France.

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, the enquiry category and the message you write.
- Project enquiry form: your company, country, role, contact details and the project description you provide.
- Newsletter: your email address and the record of your opt-in.
- Server logs: a hashed version of your IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse investigation. The original address is not stored.
- Analytics: aggregate page and event counts. No cookie is set and no individual visitor is identified.
Why we process it
- To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To send the newsletter you asked for. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- To keep the site available and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security of the service.
What we ask you not to send
- Please do not send health or patient information, case details, identity documents, data about children, financial account details, passwords or API keys through any form on this site.
- Our forms screen for this material and decline submissions that appear to contain it. If your project involves such data, describe the organisational problem only and we will open a secure channel.
Who we share it with
- Hosting and content delivery, email delivery, form and database storage, bot protection and analytics are provided by processors acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
- We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
- Where a processor operates outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards permitted by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry records: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a contract makes a longer period necessary.
- Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe, plus the record of your consent and withdrawal.
- Hashed IP records: 30 days.
Your rights
- You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before.
- Write to privacy@lifeosfuturelab.com. You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in France.
