LifeOS Future Lab builds systems that use AI. This page states where AI is used, what it is allowed to decide, and what stays with a person — both on this website and in what we build for clients.

On this website
- No AI system replies to you here. Contact and project forms are read by a person.
- There is no chat agent on this site. If one is added, it will say what it is before you type anything.
In what we build
- Automated assistance is disclosed to the people using it. We do not present a generated response as if it came from a named professional.
- Actions that affect a customer, a record or money pause for human approval before they take effect.
- Where a system makes a suggestion, the reason behind it is available to the people accountable for the outcome.
- Every consequential decision leaves an auditable record that can be reviewed afterwards.
What we will not do
- We do not build systems that make a diagnosis, prescribe treatment or give legal or financial advice.
- We do not claim that a model is correct every time. We design for the case where it is not, and we say so.
- We do not publish a performance or outcome figure we cannot show you the source for.
